Filozofia wedyjska, nauka, wiedza. - Śrila Prabhupad - Prawda i Piękno

KKP analizuje kilka początkowych wersetów Wedanta-sutry, potem przechodzi do pierwszego wersetu Bhagawatam, i innych fragmentów. ;)

2. Dr Theodor Ithamar - The Parinama Aesthetics as Underlying the Bhagavata Purana, 28-Feb-08, Oxford Center for India Studies
Obie mają swój impersonalny odpowiednik - wedanta np. w filozofii Sankary, a teoria rasy w ideach np. Abhinavagupty. Ithmar omawia równoległy rozwój idei impersonalnych i personalnych w filozofii i dramaturgii.

The Goal of India
Rev. w: E. S. Holland, M.A.
Principal of St Paul's Cathedral College, Calcutta
Fellow of Calcutta University

London, United Council for Missionary Education, 1920

"The Other Half of India" napisany przez Mrs W. S. Urquhart.

Gaudiya Vaisnavism & Iskcon: An Anthology of Scholarly Perspectives
Steven Rosen (Satyaraja Dasa Adhikari), ed
Publisher: Ras Bihari Lal & Sons
Pub. Date: 2007
Culled from the vast JVS (The journal of Vaishnava Studies) archives, the present volume offers a variety of well-informed papers on the history, philosophy, and cultures of the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition. It also explores this tradition's contemporary and most far-reaching manifesatation: the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON). Thus, the insightful articles found here unveil the many layers of the rich theistic tradition known through the world as "the Hare Krishna Movement."

Initially the author published first another book: Contemporary Scholars Discuss the Gaudiya Tradition (New York: FOLK Books, 1992; reprint, New Delhi: Motilal Banarsidass, 1994). This book led to the creation of a scholarly journal. The journal of Vaishnava Studies (JVS), which is now the leading academic resource for scholars of Vaishnavism around the world. Its articles are used in Hindu-related courses at universities as prestigious as Yale, Harvard, Cambridge, and Oxford, and they are cited by every major scholar in the field, both in their published works and as references for students to pursue higher studies.

This Volume now is the best of JVS (The journal of Vaishnava Studies), at least in relation to Chaitanya Mahaprabhu's brand of Vaishnava thought.

New to Oxford Journals in 2008

The Journal of Hindu Studies is committed to a critical approach to Hindu Studies, focusing on annual themes that address overarching issues within the field. The journal aims to create a forum for constructive interdisciplinary discourse by linking the wider community of scholars in an exploration of key questions and meta-issues, through the lens of their own research.

This fully refereed journal is available free for the first year online in 2008, and available by subscription both online and in print thereafter. The journal is published on behalf of the Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies.
